Inga Kerstin Rågmark was born in Stora Kil Parish, Värmlands on 28th October 1927. She was a Swedish artist and textile designer.

Rågmark attended Slöjdföreningens Skola, Gothenburg (1947-1951) and the Académie de la Grande Chaumière, Paris (1951-1952).

Rågmark first exhibited in Kristinehamn (1954). Other exhibitions include Norrköping Museum (alongside Harry Moberg), (1958), Karlstad (1952, 1954, 1959 and 1960), Linköping (1953 and 1955), Kristinehamn (1956 and 1957), Sandviken (1958) and with the Värmland Art Association. She was awarded the Thor Fagerqvist scholarship in 1980 and was a member of the Karstad Group (Karstadgruppen)

Examples of her work are held in the collections of Värmland Museum, Norrköping Art Museum (the batik 'Tulpan'), the Statens Konstråd and the Värmland County Council.

Kerstin Rågmark died in Karlstad on 6th January 2018, aged 90.
